Wallaby Greek Yogurt with Chocolate Chips

  • 16.5 oz bag of Duncan Hines French Vanilla cake mix
  • 1 3.4 oz Jello-O instant French Vanilla pudding and pie filling . Use one 1 tablespoon of the mix. Save the rest for another day
  • 1 cup wallaby organic Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 1/2 cup whole milk
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 teaspoons all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cups semi sweet chocolate chips( I usually Ghirardelli )

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. Place oven shelf in the middle. Prep cake.
  2. With a standard mixer or electric hand blender:
  3. Mix all the above ingredients on low for 1 min in a large bowl. Scrape down the sides and beat again on med speed for 3 mins till batter is smooth and combined.
  4. Add chocolate chips and stir into batter.
  5. Grease a Bundt pan with cooking spray and sprinkle 1 teaspoon of sugar around the pan.
  6. Pour batter in and cook for 45-60 mins till cake insert comes out clean
  7. If baking in muffin pan you will only need to cook them for around 15 mins or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.
